I bought this model and the same one in khaki color. Both arrived with marked lines because they were not well protected inside and were not insulated from the handles. They were in plastic rather than foam or cork and were in contact with the front and back of the bag. The pressure left visible marks on the bag, making it look ugly. I don't know if they will go away, and since the light color was too noticeable for me, I ordered another unit that I am waiting to receive again. Depending on how I receive it and see how it is, I will have to return one of the two or both. They should protect the bag better to prevent this from happening. Other bags from the same seller have arrived in good condition; I don't understand why they don't protect them all properly.

Since the handles are inside, if they have been stored like this in warehouses for a long time, both the front and back handles, being in contact with the interior walls of the bag, create visible marks, like lines that are noticeable on the material, and personally I don't like them because it arrived with those wrinkles or marked lines. I think they should protect the interior by insulating the handles, because even if they are made of plastic, if the interior of the bag is not protected, it will leave marks when in contact and it won't look nice, so I'm going to return it.
