Highly recommended, I usually wear size 27.5 cm, ordered size 43 and it fits very well. Just a note that they are narrow at the front.
They were tested over a 5 km distance and you will really feel their help when you manage to maintain a fast running pace, but what I like the most is that after training with them, your knees and legs feel very relaxed and without discomfort thanks to their cushioning. Great ventilation, very good laces, and they don't deform after use like other models.
I weigh 80 kg, I am 1.70 m tall, and they were tested on 5 and 10 km routes. Do not use them on roads with stones, only on smooth roads, as I find its sole too delicate to withstand cuts or irregularities.

This is the 2026 version of the 44-size carbon (+nylon) training shoes from TUPO that I bought earlier, and they are almost identical.
Last year, I saw a running YouTuber recommending this product, so I thought I'd give it a try at a low price... but I was surprised that it was better than I expected.
The overall finish is good, it's lightweight, the cushioning is firm, the rebound is good, and the breathability is good... However, for something called carbon fiber, the rebound is a bit weak, but it's still a good value-for-money running shoe in the 40,000 won range that can be used for both training and racing.
So, I ordered another pair of running shoes called Onemix - wing armor, which were also around 30,000 won, and have been wearing them as my daily running shoes.
TUPO is a bit lighter than wing armor and has better rebound, but the footbed is slightly narrow and the sole is also narrow, so it feels a bit tight. However, it's okay to run in running socks of a moderate thickness rather than ones that are too thick.
So, I usually wear Wing Armor as my daily running shoes, and TUPO is often used for half-distance and full-distance training and competitions.

I will leave a review after the race.

Having run four miles at 7.30 min pace i am pleased that the onemix 2025 work well as carbon plate shoes. Delivery was tracked in only ten days at no charge. Overall price 70% less than premium brands. I removed the hard plastic heel counter glued under the heel lining before use. I envisage repeating this purchase going forward.

Usually i wear 42, due to narrow shape i ordered 43 and its fit well. Already finish half marathon , 11k & 5k.i am very much satisfied with quality according to price. Hopefully i ordered another pair of different model.

Good carbon running shoes. It’s a bit narrow, good for stander feet shape; otherwise you will need order at least one size bigger than eu size. It is for speed running training, not for daily running. Overall, recommend!! :)

The sole is higher than expected, so if you step on your heel incorrectly, it might hurt your ankle. However, there were no issues while running, and it feels good to push your feet forward. Recommended.

The appearance would be really pretty except for the Chinese characters engraved on the heel, which is a shame.
I jogged 5 kilometers today while writing a review, and the cushioning feels just average.
The rubber sole looks sturdy, and the front and back are lined with silicone or rubber material to prevent water splashing, which looks good but is meaningless when it rains.
Foot width is about 10cm and length is about 24~25cm.
When I wore these shoes, there was about 2 centimeters of extra length, and my foot width slightly protruded, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all (size 42).
I'm not sure when jumping, but when walking, the insole slips slightly, so I recommend replacing the insole separately.
The shoes themselves are lightweight and breathable, so when there's a breeze, you can feel the wind coming in through your toes haha.
And when I tied the shoelaces to the end, they felt a bit short.
Still, I am very satisfied because it's pretty and breathable for the price.

I recommend these shoes for running; the quality/price/performance ratio is excellent, as well as the comfort.

They arrived yesterday and I ran 15km this morning with more ease than usual... I loved it.

I took size 46 which is okay for me and the only small regret is that they weigh +/- 260g each, I was hoping for a bit less though.

I've tried about 10K, and the rebound and cushioning were also good. The durability will have to be tested further, but the size is true to size! Satisfied for now!!

The shoes have excellent finishing and structure. Regarding performance: the plate made a total difference in my performance; I managed to beat my PR in the first adaptation run I did with it. It's really worth it, and I even won a pair of socks. It's much more affordable than any national shoe with a plate. Soon I'll buy the Chunta for training. I can say this Omemix is for speed.
